Subject: Alternative to compiling/downloading settings into KFlop....
I was experimenting with initializing my KFlop by setting everything up via the dotnet interface and not having a compile/download cycle. Until now I was talking a startup.c file that I created with KMotion, then compiling and downloading that into the KFlop. Everything worked fine.

As an alternative, I went through the startup.c file I was using and (I believe) I have found methods in the kmotion.dotnet to set everything. After doing so and *not* downloading the startup.c to the KFlop, I can't get motion. I'm reasonably certain I've set everything through dotnet that was being set by the compile/download of my startup.c file. I'm wondering if the compile/download also sets up something I'm unaware of that is not in my startup.c file--some type of base functions that might be linked and downloaded along with my settings....?

Hi Sam,

If you do everything in the C Program with Host Script Commands you should get the same result. Are you sure you are doing everything in the C Program?

Looks like I missed a line. Now it all works programmatically, with no compile/downloads necessary!
